Cousin T's Gourmet Gluten Free Blueberry Pancake Mix

Delicious fluffy nutty flavor, happy there’s no potato starch or potato flour which most gluten free mixes have. We made waffles because we love the butter and real maple syrup that fills the waffle square holes. For our waffle iron we needed to add four tablespoons of avocado oil so the waffle releases out of the waffle iron easy. We served the waffles with a crustless vegetable egg frittata and bacon! Thank you for a great waffle/pancake (gluten free crust solution?) product mix!!

My husband loved the gluten free chocolate chip pancakes. He didn’t even know they were gluten free. I love them.

These are wonderful! Our son is GF, and he wholeheartedly approved. Light and fluffy and tasted great!
