A+ The Buckwheat pancake mix is DELICIOUS! Great job, y'all. My only request is that you PLEASE add instructions for at least 2 large pancakes or even 4 large ones... If I'm eating alone, or with my wife, we don't need 14 or 16 pancakes... Haha Other than that simple request, I WILL plan to buy more after my TWO boxes are gone. A+

These pancakes brought back happy memories of sleepovers with my grandparents. Grandma would make buckwheat pancakes for breakfast and they were delicious - these are too! Thank you!

Cousin T's Buckwheat Pancake mix is great. I let the batter sit for about 15 minutes before making the pancakes & they come out nice & fluffy. These have a nice delicate buckwheat flavor. Well done Cousin T!
