These cakes were fantastic! None left in 5 minutes!
These cakes were fantastic, I used an air fryer (instead of pan frying) and came out golden, crisp and tasty. I liked that they have just 4 clean ingredients yet were so good and easy to make. Easy to eat warm on the spot or cold later cold as snack. Could you please make bigger portions?

Will buy again...and again
These are delicious! My husband and I had 2 each for dinner with a light salad. All he could say was, " we have to get these again!"

Very tasty but definitely 90% potato. Not enough cod to make it a meal, in our opinion. Had to cook everyone eggs to go along with the Potato Cakes to get enough protein.
