Dust Collection Chute for Makita Miter Saw

I think the base is a little thick when I try to do a 45 with a saw and a size race. It hits the bottom plate. I can only do 45 to the left or to the right now sideways. I would like to see if you could contact me so we could work on it. I would like something better if you could do a better product that would be great. I’m a finish carpenter and I do a lot of Base installations and I use myself quite a bit at night like your product for other items for this saw the base of it is too thick so when it comes down the hits, it doesn’t let me do a 45 and an angle. Install per instructions. The adapter didn't fit the saw so I 3D printed my own adapter. I cut several blocks of wood and still had dust all over but the distribution was different. Had to vacuum further ot on left and right. Not sure what, if anything, was accomplished.

It was a definite improvement from the stock version, but I expected more for a $50 dollar upgrade. the parts were packaged neatly and instillation was easy! the parts seemed to be of high quality but for the price point I and a little disappointed.
