Dust Collection Chute for DeWalt DWS779/780 Sliding Miter Saw

It works as well as the first time that I installed it. I was selling the saw and I wanted to be sure my friend got the same experience that I originally had. The dust shute did need replacing but he's over the moon with the results thus far!

I didn't know how to install it and I gave a 1 star review at first but then I went back to the Instagram and saw how it was installed and it took about 4 mins to install and works just as advertised. Took a little while to get to me after ordering but my dust collection has never been better!

Install was straightforward, but back and forth motion of sliding mechanism has already “chewed” parts of the rubber shield. Dust collection is only marginally improved, and almost unchanged when doing long crosscuts. I’ve ordered new filters for my vacuum to see if it increases suction and collects better.
