Dust Collection Chute for Ridgid 12" Sliding Miter Saw (R4222)

Great service and product. Super informative video, very helpful but for two small caveats. One, the video should show the most updated hose adaptor being used (the one that has the internal threads) Second, the video mentions that the screws are hard to start when installing the hub adaptor. They are next to impossible, at least with the unit I received. The only way I could start them was pre-threading them before installation. A heads-up would have been nice. Otherwise, a great product that works super.

Perfect fit on my saw. Easy to install, and it works great. Just be careful with the thickness of material you’re cutting. The rubber can get nicked by the blade with thicker material. Not a big deal though. Dust collection has more than doubled in my saw since installing.

Been getting tired of cleaning up so much dust from my miter saw for years. This has greatly helped keep my shop cleaner. Thank you.
