Replacement Parts: Bosch Axial Glide Dust Collection

This is a replacement for the same item I purchased a couple of years ago. I damaged the original making a rather foolish cut. The replacement pieces were perfect fits and I feel are a bit more robust the the original. Very pleased.

Great design, this was a replacement chute since I had a piece kick and break the bottom portion of the chute where the rubber connects. The setup definitely helps with dust collection.

Well i received my parts. But before I installed the chute. I sad to myself how or what I could do to reinforce the back side of the chute. I thought of it. Then I took a strip of sandpaper with a strong backing of the sandpaper grit. And cut it to the size of the area. Then said how do I attach it. So I used thick a CA glue. Applied it to the back of the sandpaper backing and then spray the accelerator onto the back of the chute then Applied the sandpaper onto the chute. In theory it gives it more strength. So far its holding up very well.
