Dao Vua V3 52100 Special Edition 350mm Sakimaru Sujihiki Slicer with Leather Saya

This is a great knife to add to your collection. Not something i needed but im glad i picked it up. It is very sharp and develops a beautiful patina quickly. Its my second Dao Vua knife. Looking to get more.

comfortable slicer, showed up sharp from Tokushu

Asked for sharpening, showed up nice & sharp. Feels good to use, handle is a nice ratio, and works well for a longer knife. Liking it for roast & larger cuts so far, doing big cooks it's nice having the length/ speed.

Cool Sword

I honestly don't know how to use a 350mm Sujihiki Slicer, but I bought one anyway because... come on it's a sword! The handle is superb. Ripping sharp (Thank you Tokushu!). I can't wait to use it on my brisket when the summer breaks. I picked up a some chuck just to have something to cut and it was pretty wild slicing through giant hunks of meat in one smooth motion. You know you need one, just look at it! Shipped remarkably quickly, and safely packed.
