Nothing celebrates St Paddy's Day like. a great piece of corned beef!

Not salty

The beef itself was very nice. Tender. Good flavor. But, for corned beef, it had almost no salt. I honestly think they might have sent me a regular brisket, not a corned beef as I could not taste any salt in it, nor could the 8 other folks I had for dinner that night. So, it wasn’t what I had hoped for, or expected. My email questioning if I had been sent the wrong item was not answered, so who knows. If you want a nice piece of beef, I guess order it. But, not if you want corned beef. You’ll be disappointed as my friends and I were.
