Finest brisket I ever cooked

I have been making my grandmother's traditional Jewish brisket recipe for the Jewish New Year and Passover for more than 40 years. Every year I have made exactly the same recipe. Over time I have used many suppliers, both kosher and non-kosher, for my holiday feasts. In recent years the quality of brisket that I found from my traditional suppliers of 10 pound "double" briskets declined seriously as they brought in imported frozen product in place of domestically produced beef. My profound disappointment with the brisket I served several years ago led me to inquire if SQM could supply the traditional cut of brisket I had used for decades. I learned from Kate that they could. They did. And I have never looked back. Many of my guests, who have been dining on my traditional holiday brisket for decades, have commented on how fabulous the brisket has been since I switched to Kate's locally grown, fresh meat.
