Worth buying again!

Indeed we did buy FarmHer Kate’s cassoulet over again for our Sunday night family supper: likely will do so again. It IS that good!

Savory heart of winter

Farm-Her Kate's cassoulet is stuffed full of beans and meat and flavor. First discovered it a year ago, and longed for it this year, but winter weather intervened until at last it was in my freezer, and then in my oven. Cassoulet is not dainty; it is big, a winter barbecue, as it were, packed with umami from long-cooked meat and beans and sausage. I don't mind eating cassoulet several nights in a row.

I bought two pans of FarmHer Kate’s cassoulet for a special family event. So popular was it that my family told me to buy it again when available. Yum!! 😋
