Good but not much for price

I purchased two large orders. In the description it said large came with 4 to 6 ribs. I got 6 total. So I t didn't fit the description of what I was expecting to receive. They were good but 3 of 6 were fatty.

So delicious!

I've never purchased or cooked short ribs or even thought about the idea. An old friend was coming to visit who really appreciates a home cooked meal so I thought why not and ordered SQM's short ribs. He cancelled and there I am with two packages in my freezer. After finding a recipe I felt confident about- garlic braised with red wine - I was all in last week. Browned on the stove top and into a slow oven. Did let them rest overnight, lifted fat off, heated through, topped with chopped parsley, chives, bit of lemon zest and served. Meltingly tender, no knife required, thoroughly delicious !

Utterly Delicious, Worth the Low-&-Slow Cooking Process

Franken-style short ribs are my usual go-to because I can have them on the table in 15 min. from prep to plating. I've even mastered the trick of slicing up short ribs & searing them in a cast iron pan like little steaks. This was my first time doing a long braise with short ribs -- & they did not disappoint. The final dish was meaty, chewy, tender & delicious. If you're a fan of short ribs, these are worth every penny.
