The roast was amazing!!! The pick up on Sunday at the Charles Hotel was excellent. The roast looked amazing and we prepped it as instructed. Everyone wanted to know where we had found such an incredible piece of meat!!! We had delicious sandwiches, made hash, and froze the rest!

I ordered Stillman Meat for our Christmas Eve dinner this year. Did a five rib roast that was about 12 pounds. Last year I did a six rib. This time I tried delivery. It arrived a little sooner than I wanted it, but it was frozen and I put it in the fridge where it thawed in the fridge for about a week. It was just fine when I took it out to cook on Christmas Eve. Absolutely delicious and fed 8 adults and two kids.

Perfect Easter Dinner

I bought the 5-rib standing roast and could not be more pleased! The roast was perfect — we had 10 hungry people for Easter dinner who loved it, had all they wanted and insisted on bringing home leftovers! I roasted using NY Times reverse sear method — and as you can see, worked great, tender and delicious! The cradling made it so much easier to slice, and to gnaw on the bones! Thank you!!
