Boneless Chuck Roast

OMG!

My wife has not eaten beef in years because she refuses to eat any type of meat that was not raised humanely. Because of this...I haven't eaten it in support of her. We decided to look for farms in our area that practice raising their livestock in that manner, and came across SQM. I purchased a boneless chuck roast and I have to say, It was absolutely delicious! I made a Yankee Pot Roast to die for! I'm no chef but I believe I have to give the credit to the great quality of beef! Outstanding! My wife ate beef for the first time in many years and enjoyed every bite! Thank you Stillman Quality Meats! I'm going to be ordering a lot more!!
