Coulotte Steak

A great steak with so many uses. Well marbled, cooks evenly, tender throughout. Can grill or sear and worked as a steak sandwich, a nice sized dinner steak, cross sliced for uses like stir fried or fajita-style. The fat cap holds it together on the grill or griddle nicely.
