Wagyu Outside Skirt Steak

Not the first time, nor the last that we've purchased the outside skirt steak. It's always top notch, tender, flavorful, and versatile. Whether you simply season it up and put it on the grill, marinate and use for street tacos, it's simply delicious. One of my go to favorites.

I do marinate them for a short time not to tenderize but to add even more flavor. Try one you will not be disappointed. Most of the time I just pan sear them on the gas stove top.
