First thing I would like to disclose is that the service from Cutlery and More is outstanding! This paring knife is one of the first knives I've purchased from CnM, and I have to say I am impressed with the service. The site is easy to navigate and purchasing process was quick and simple. Shipping was very fast - only taking a couple days to arrive. The Yaxell knife is exquisite! The quality cannot be beat at this pricepoint. The handle is smooth and flawless - note the handle has a slim profile so it is not round all the way around. The blade is beautiful and sharp. This is an incredible value for a VG10 blade, so I highly recommend it.
