I have been using strawberry powder daily in my smoothie, oatmeal and even add to my waffle and pancake mix. I previously ordered a different brand of organic strawberry powder from Amazon and the flavor tasted fake to me--too much like a jolly rancher. Recently ordered my first bag of Northwest Wild Foods organic strawberry powder and it tastes amazing. I keep it in the fridge and use it daily...strawberries are the most concentrated source of fisetin, a very powerful flavonoid.
