This is as close as I can find to the flavor profile of whole freeze dried organic raspberries. Perfect for my small batch pudding. The flavor is strong, tart, and powerful. Most fruit powder that I found is either cut with byproducts or very faint in flavor. This is neither of those, it's 100% raspberry powder.
