Missing that sour dough flavor

Had high hopes for this bread, especially for the high price! Not overly impressed, bread is VERY dense, VERY small loaf and is missing that distinct sour dough flavor I love.

It was a fast, mad scramble to get this last order of 3 loaves on that 10am store re-opening. I don’t love the feeling like I’m trying to buy Beyoncé tickets. But I can’t say a bad word about the bread. Srsly.
