Decaf Box

The entire experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered 6 boxes of decaf and 4 boxes of light, but what I received was 3 boxes of decaf, 1 box of medium, and 4 boxes of light. When I opened the package almost immediately after it arrived, all of the dry ice had already evaporated. I tried opening one box, only to find that everything inside had already melted. This clearly shows that it was not shipped with proper cold chain handling. I reported the incorrect order through email to Cometeer and received an automated response saying I would hear back within 1 business day. However, it has now been 3 business days, and I still haven’t received any reply. Very disappointing — I will never order again.

Excellent coffee. Arrived frozen and intact. Love this product!
