My “go to” Chef knife

When I need to grab a high leverage big boy knife this is the one I go with. Use primarily with the big veggies like cabbage and big melons and squash. Cuts like butter. Only need to hone , i have never needed ro sharpen the SG2. AAA+++++++

exceeded expectations

I've only used this knife twice, and it has exceeded my expectations in the way it cuts...like a dream. I've never used a knife this sharp. It's an extreme pleasure to do so. It's a beautiful knife, light weight and feels great in my hand. I hope it will retain its edge for many months.
