Good materials, but has an issue

The headrest is great in terms of matching the materials of the chair. Even the way it connects to the chair is smartly engineered. My issue is with the way they keep the headrest in position back-to-front. I’ve tightened the knob as much as I can to keep the headset from moving backwards when I rest my head on it, but with enough resting pressure it will just move on its own, and not it’s like there is a spring or something to move it back after, so it creates a situation where I can’t really rest my head without consciously putting less force on it than I feel I should be able to, so I basically can’t ‘rest’ my head on the head rest. Keep in mind that I am not a tall or heavy guy, so this isn’t coming from exceeding the head rests’ capabilities. If this wasn’t an issue I would give it 5 stars, but as it is this headrest is mostly just for show.

Overall, really incredible. The price was a bit much but considering the price of the chair itself it's not that crazy. The only problem I have with it is no matter how tight I make the arm of the headrest it still gets pushed back slightly from my head and I need to readjust it. It's not terrible, and I can still lean back and relax now, but I wish it locked in place.
