I didnt love the embody chair being a big guy, it just felt small and didnt work well for me, i had a up coming surgery and wanted the head rest to see if that would help, and honestly huge game changer made the whole chair feel the right size and now i lean back and use the back rest and head rest way more while keeping posture, hands down the best thing for the chair. shocked it didnt come with one. even tho they say it doesnt need it.

The headrest is such an amazing addition to the embody! This headrest perfectly matches the fabric and aesthetics of the chair, as if HM designed it themselves. You won’t regret it! Tip: If you need to cinch it tighter than you can turn the knob, you can tighten it even more using the provided Allen key.

I was concerned about adding a 3rd party add-on to my chair, but installation was super easy and it looks 100% as if it belongs to the chair. Adjustment options are great as well - just 5/5 product, well worth the money.
