The texture and flavor was really good. Has the right amount of salt. just wish there were a little bit more in there. a little bit more bigger pieces. Don’t get me wrong. There were some big pieces but there’s more smaller pieces than bigger ones.

The brisket's just not as good as it was when I first bought it 6 months ago. Seems like they switched to a different cut of meat or a cheaper cut of meat. Still tastes good though. Just not as good

This bach was greatly disappointing. It was under salted, and wasn’t as satisfying as it normally is. Hoping my next order is better. If not, I’ll cancel my subscription.
