Dockstream 2 Smart Fountain

Leaks constantly but not sure from where. Have checked all points of connection but there is ALWAYS a pool of water under the entire unit. I have to keep it on a silicone mat to protect my floors but it stays so moist that it starts to mold. Could be the walls (L & R seams) where plastic meets to create the bowl are not soldered well. Or the gap at the top btwn the metal & the plastic isn’t tight. Idk but SUCH a hassle. Idk if I got a faulty one or if they’re all like this. Mine leaked since day 1 but I assumed user-error & have cont’d to re-assemble to mk sure I connected properly. Nothing worked. Very disappointed. NOT fully “cordless” dying SO fast I ended up plugging base in. Filter-changing bi-weekly. I change the filter & the red filter change light stays on. This was changed yesterday. Cute but not worth the trouble. I’m constantly wiping/drying/cleaning around it. Btw I just have 2 6 y/o cats.

Terrible won’t stay on wifi constantly getting notifications about problems hate that I wasted my money. I ended up after a month of use i put it back in the box

Very suprised how much my cats love it. They have actually been drinking more water. So easy to clean!!
