Wireless KittySpout Replacement Filters

Wasn't notified the next order was due until it had been billed and then notification of completed purchase.. went onto account and there was the option to cancel order as had not yet been dispatched. Tried this numerous times, did nothing - order was shipped and arrived anyway!

Customer Service win!!!!

I had an issue with product that was shipped but I never received. I emailed them on the 3rd. The next morning the filters were in my mailbox!! Very impressive customer service from Hannah! Thanks so much for your prompt response!

It does what I need it to do. It keeps my cat’s water fresh
