Cattasaurus™️ Calming Donut

I was sent the regular donuts and not the ones that are compatible with the Calming liners. I have reached out customer service regarding this issue, and have emails indicating that I received the wrong donuts. They indicated they were going to send replacement donuts. I informed them of having moved and gave them the new address. This was over 3 weeks ago. I have asked multiple times about the replacement (at least once each week) and am being told they are following up with fulfillment. But I never receive a response and each week, the response is the same. This is extremely frustrating!

donuts are great. cozy covers are less than ideal because they shed a lot and the kittens aren't even home yet.

This feels and looks well made with something that will take the cat a while to destroy - unlike other similar toys.
