These are so good and the olive oil they are packed in is good quality. I use a tin of anchovies in many recipies to add flavor and umami depth.

A perfect accompaniment to any dish

As a huge fan of these products and someone who subscribes and gets the tins of delicious fish regularly, this is one of my favorite products to throw into meatloaf pasta, grind into a sauce to make it have a little kick, but then you have the saltiness of the anchovy and a little bit of heat and depth the flavor with the Calabrian chili. You can Alone or in a salad or in any dish they add flavor they add depth.
