This is no criticism of Meat N’ Bone. The ribs were exactly as advertised. If you are a brisket fan, these are definitely for you! Easier, every bit as tasty and very tender. Unfortunately, and the reason for only 4 stars, is I am not a huge brisket fan.

Awesome shipping and handling

I haven't cooked the meat yet so I am reviewing the ordering and delivery. Ordering was easy and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. The meat arrived quickly and in great condition. Packing was very good. I will be ordering again.
