A slightly tougher cut of meat, but still delicious. However, the actual packaging (the plastic that is supposed to be vacuum sealed) was damaged. One of the rib cap's packaging left one of the steaks exposed...It didn't look like it was sliced, but it look like maybe the frozen steak broke through the plastic? Idk. The other's packaging was as noticeable, but also damaged...not as large and noticeable as the other one, but no longer vacuum sealed either. Very dangerous way of delivering meat, especially when these things cost double or even triple of regular steaks. Not sure if I'll be biying these again, but it's gonna be a min before i buy anything from here again. It's too expensive.

Great Cut of Wagyu!
Deliciously tender - full of flavor. The packaging made some of them harder to keep together, due to their shape, but overall highly recommended!
