Mini Crunchy Lactation Cookies — Oatmeal Chocolate Chip

We absolutely love these cookies! Crunchy, soft and any other way you decide to make them. And I say "we" because my husband helps me eat them with his coffee every morning. My mother stopped by to visit and tried one and ended up leaving with a bag! And yes my milk supply has been healthy and my baby girl is thankful.
