Balsamic Fig & Walnut Fromage

First let me say my mom was from Paris and we are serious cheese snobs. I’m completely blown away by the balsamic fig . Incredible. The texture and flavor is spot on. The Brie is excellent as well. I can’t wait to try the others in my box. I’m enjoying one at a time to truly appreciate them. Thank you for making artisan vegan cheese that blind test no one would ever know

This is such a great fromage- a delicious mix without having the balsamic overpower the blend of fig and walnut. Even my non vegan cheese family enjoyed this cheese.

The Balsamic Fig & Walnut Fromage is my second favorite! I love all your cheeses so far. Vegan cheese is usually not very good. But your cheese is to die for. I crave it. Thanks for making it!
