I thought I'd ordered the Peaches and Cream cake, so was surprised to receive the email that Cookies and Cream was being shipped. When it arrived on July 22nd, I checked the expiration date and it said July 30th, which also surprised me, being only 8 days away. I tried the cake right away, and honestly, was not that impressed with either the flavor nor the consistency, which was quite dry. These cakes are expensive, so though I'd like to try what I thought I'd ordered initially, I probably will not.

My husband is Celiac and we have struggled to find good tasting products. Your pound cake was very good. He especially likes the lemon one. We also received the peanut butter cookies. They were I'd say ok. We'll be ordering again when the 3 cakes we purchased are eaten. Thank you for a good gf product. Georgia

I ordered this cake on Jul 14, it recorded shipped on July 17th and I received it this evening on Jul 22nd. Exited to try and very disappointed, soggy loaf and just cutting a corner to taste it did not taste peachy, rather bitter, maybe rancid I don't know. I won't order again because the transit did not keep freshness of the cake. Not sure if it's the cream or the almond flower. Nice try, maybe try vacuum or ship fedex in icepack. Good luck, the idea is great.
