I love, love, love this oil! I returned to National Harbor to purchase again, but they were out and offered to order it for me from the DC store. I got 2, just in case. It shipped quickly. The flavor of this oil will not disappoint. I put it on almost anything, salmon, ramen noodles, pasta, etc. It adds just the right kick of spice, especially to the ramen broth. I also tried it on a chick pea and rice prepared meal (delivery service) and it really added the perfect pick me up for the dish.
