Super mild tasting. Excellent product for grilling, roasting and sautéing. Only issue I had was bottle shape makes it a little hard to drizzle with due to leaking. Other than that perfect.

For years I used olive oil at all heats not realizing I was changing the chemical composition and actually poisoning myself when I was patting myself on the back for healthy eating. Finding an avocado oil that isn’t “blended” is difficult. This one is pure and the taste is neutral. Perfect for cooking at higher heats. Having a subscription is really handy, once you figure out your consumption rate.
