They are weighted perfectly. One slight imperfection in one of the hollow grinds but it doesn't affect the performance at all

Great Knives

These are the first knives I’ve purchased in over a decade. I did a lot of research online and watched video reviews on YouTube. Knives were razor sharp out of the box. I will be transitioning all of my knives to Mac.

An Excellent Upgrade

I have had the same set of knives for decades. I thought they were sharp. But after trying a truly sharp knife I decided it was time to invest in something better. I bought these in January 2024 and have waited a few months to write a review. These knives do not disappoint. Very sharp out of the box and maintain the edge very well. Still look like new with the proper care in handling, washing and drying.
