Flow Formulas High Sodium Endurance Drink Mix

Good product

Bought this to mix with regular Flow. I found three scoops of regular Flow to be a bit too sweet. Also wanted a little extra sodium. I now mix 2 scoops of regular with 1 scoop of high sodium in a 750ml bottle. For me the taste is perfect, not too sweet and you still get 90 grams of carbs plus a little extra sodium.

Great product

I’ve been using Flow “regular” endurance mix for the past six months, and supplementing more sodium in my diet and with the occasional hi sodium drink on rides. This product enables me to accomplish both carbs and salt intake without an overpowering after taste. Thmbs up

Great stuff

Best so far. Saves me from buying multiple products. I can get my carb and sodium dialed in for hard rides and races. Tastes great, not overly sugary or fake sugar tasting.
