Really appreciate the curve and added length on this knife. It’s a surprisingly heavy blade too. All that combined makes for a smooth slicing experience that keeps my knuckles off the board. Really glad I pulled the trigger and got this knife as it is very high on the bang for the buck ratio. Need more bread knives like this, most are too thin and flat
