I like the arch support but they were still too small for this visit

Comfortable

Ordered my normal size based on the size chart. But clogs were too short. My toes were jammed all the way up in the toe box once my heel was sitting in the heel cup. Also, they are not comfortable. I stood up in them and took just 2 steps. The footbed is hard, no give, flat, with no support. I don't know how anyone could stand in these clogs all day (like their ads claim). It was like standing on cement. I've requested a refund.
