Not Quite Perfect

I purchased these shoes based on the recommendation of the AOS. While the shoes are well made, they are not as stable as I expected. The uppers stretch too much, giving you a feeling of instability. In addition, the laces are too long. By the time you get the shoes laced, there is 7" to 8" of lace in excess. I have had to replace them with laces 4" shorter. The loop in the back is useless. I've cut it off. I won't be purchasing from Orthofeet again.

These are really nice shoes. I appreciated that there are 2 sets of inserts, of varying thickness, to adjust how well the shoe fits the foot. Unfortunately these shoes were for my son who broke his leg (in 3 places) between the time I ordered them and the time I got them to him. In addition he has flat feet and has disabilities and cannot tie his own shoes. i will be checking back with your company once his leg is healed up and he can walk a little better. But the shoes are 100% fantastic, well made, and look nice. PS grateful for your return policy.

Excellent fit and well constructed for pain sufferers

I bought a second pair so I now have one for indoor use and one for outdoor use. I wear them everyday and the comfort I get for my neuropathy pain is outstanding. I highly recommend them. I added no lace shoe laces and use a shoehorn to slide right in every morning. Excellent style and comfort.
