Soles of shoe were hard as a rock. Shoe is almost one size too small and return process is an absolute joke. I was told to at least try the shoes for 45 days... mind you the website says the return has to ne done within 45 days... then they will offer only 30% of your purchase price. Um no the website says money back guarantee. Not 30% back. And be prepared to donate the shoe. You wont return them you have to donate them. Thankfully i finally got my money back after many emails back and forth.

These are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. There is not any support except for the sole of the shoe. When I inquired about how to return them the email response I received was to wear them a while longer to see if I would adjust to them. But these shoes don’t have proper laces in them and they are to big. My foot just flops around in them. I will be returning them and getting my money back.

Confy so far. A bit too flimsy on side for my need for balance support but so far confy to stabd and walk.
