Ortho Stretch Cushion Shoes - Black Purple

Shoes would be super comfortable if the heal padding were long enough to support the arch of the foot better. Lots of room in the toe area, which is good because i have wode feet in that area. But the shoe opening is very small and makes it hard to get the shoes on and off, and the padding for the heal stops short of my arch. Otherwise, the padding is so soft and pillowy.

If I could have given this zero stars I would have! Shoes are hard as rocks, too big, and when I asked for a refund, absolutely no return information has been given to date, only emails wanting a picture of the size of the shoes. As I told them, the size I ordered is what's on the inside of the shoe, but they're too big. And hard as rocks! What I got from this company is the sound of silence, no return information to date. The shoes are pretty, I'll give them that much, but I need correct fit and comfort, these shoes do not offer that. I absolutely would not recommend them simply because of a lack of customer support.

They looked small when i took them out of the bag. Not sure what size i received, no tag on the shoes, I ordered an 11 my usual size. I couldnt get my goot in the shoe. I would like to return them, no idea where to send them Don’t waste your money on these shoes!😞😞😞
