Axon - Healthy & Protective Steel Toe Sneakers

Shoes I ordered did not fit. So I initiated the return process and was prompted to select a larger size. So I thinking why not and selected the next size up. Then I get the return instructions with a $20 charge for the shoe exchange and a $7 shipping fee. Of course I decline because im not paying an extra $20 to exchange some shoes I’ve never worn. But now I can’t back track the selection and just get my refund. I have no problem shipping the new shoes back but it seems once you make the selection for exchange theres no turning back. They need to change this. Now I just want my refund

Wow for as long as i had to wait for them i am impressed on how light they feel on my feet great job will be ordering from you guys again!

I ordered an extra half size bigger than what I wear, and it still don’t fit I am not impressed and can’t get a hold of anybody to figure out how to take care of this problem
