What a rip off. I bought these for my daughter when she got her Nursing degree. They feel like cheap $15 Walmart shoes. Actually Walmart is selling these for $30 less than what I paid! The $30 insoles that I bought are also $2 trash and not returnable, even with unopened packaging. They were too small for her so I tried to exchange them for a huge restocking fee. Ridiculous. Garbage. I decided to not even take the next size up because they're terrible cheaply made shoes. What a waste of my time and money!

These shoes run small in length, though the width is true to size. I recommend ordering one full size up. Customer service is responsive, but be sure to read the return and exchange policy before purchasing. The company deducts 25% of the purchase price for exchanges, and you will also have to pay additional cost for shoes and shipping costs. If you return the shoes instead, they charge a 50% restocking fee. Because of these policies, I don't think they're worth ordering unless you're certain about your size.

I have worn them for a day and they are extremely uncomfortable. They are not a wide toe box as advertised. When i first ordered them, i ordered the wrong size, that’s on me, I measured and according to their charts I should have been a men’s 14. The only problem is, they don’t carry a men’s 14, so i was sent a men’s 13. Plus, i had to pay for return shipping. I feel like i wasted $70. I would send them back, except i dont want to have to pay for shipping again. They take a long time to arrive in the first place and when they arrive, it’s in a cheap bag.
