DO NOT BUY!!!! These are a MINUS 5. Do not buy! The only good thing I can say is they are relatively lightweight. The insoles are flat. The support is not good, they feel like you’re wearing hard plastic uppers and firm bottoms with NO arch support, and the “return and exchange” policy is deceptive. You will not get your money back if you return these. You will only get 50% back!!!!! they charge you 30% in order to exchange for a size. Also, these run at least a full size small. Do not buy!

Shoes didnt fit, when i tried to return theyre return process is so touchy that when i accidentally chose the wrong button. I couldnt back up and correct it and now they are refusing to refund it because “its already been refused”. Doesnt seems like they’re taking care of thier customers at all. Buyer beware, return process…..you pay shipping back for just about everything.

I purchased two pair different colors and the toes feel like they are hitting a very hard point. It's not soft at the toes and going down stairs hurts Everytime. It's like having steel toe shoes but on the inside. These cost too much and are poorly made. I truly regret this purchase. The shoes were advertised as good for women over 240lbs and no they hurt.
