In addition to either a contrasting or a similar color ligature to math your mouthpiece, the SYOS ligatures slips on with ease and basically adjusts itself with firmness as you push it onto your mouthpiece. For me, it provides the right amount of pressure to hold the reed yet allow it to vibrate for a good sound.
