Baritone Custom Saxophone Mouthpiece - my new favorite!

While setting up for a gig, my favorite baritone sax mouthpiece of many years was damaged when I dropped it on a concrete floor. It was still playable, but I wanted an alternative to use while I sent it in for repairs. I tried an Original and several Signature pieces, and finally came close to what I was looking for with the Knoell Scott Signature, but not quite. I worked with Maxime to make some modifications to the Knoell Scott design, including a higher and shorter baffle. After further consultation and a couple of versions later, she sent me the perfect mouthpiece. Now, rather than being a backup, my Syos Custom Baritone is my favorite mouthpiece! Précision bluffante !

J’ai commandé un bec sur mesure pour mon baryton, le deuxième était parfait !… L’adéquation de la géométrie du bec par rapport à la description du son recherché est bluffante. Certes, le prix est élevé, mais je recommande cette expérience : j’ai enfin un bec qui correspond parfaitement à mes attentes.
