Wave in-ear monitors

Crisp and clear sound. A little brighter than I am used to, but perhaps it's just a matter of getting used to this too. Prompt and polite customer service, which to me matters.

I like the look and feel and general quality of these, but the sound is lacking in bass. Instrument separation is good but the bass is quieter than my $20 iems from Amazon. If there is some sort of firmware update or a sound control app that allows bass to be enhanced I would greatly appreciate it. For now I'm leveling on my monitor specifically. I hope these last a long time for me because I really do like them, but I wish bass was more present out of the box.

A bit uncomfortable to wear and causes static if plugged into the mic jack for my GoXLR, so I switched it to Line Out instead which removed the static, but the feedback is extremely high even when turned down all the way in my XLR software, so it's hard to record/stream content and needed to redo all my mic levels.
