You sent me the same size I sent back I definitely asked for a size 10. This is the same size I just returned because they are to small. Why can't you get me order right I've been waiting for 2 months now and I've paid twice once in payments and I made the last payment yesterday and for these one s I had to pay $21 towards the store credit you gave me, I'm so so disappointed I need these shoes for work and I don't understand why you can't get the size right.

Wrong size, i think they do this on purpose. Or i should have read reviews to know the problems of ordering. I ordered 42 and received 40. So very disappointing.

The fuzzy insert makes the shoes fit more tightly (duh, but I hoped they would have taken that into account). Also, the insert pulls out of the shoe when you take your foot out. Would be better if the insert was attached to the inside of the shoe.
